Just curious if anyone might have an idea on how to make my front end flex, It is a 90 geo tracker with everything stock but 3in body lift and 1.5in spacers on all 4 corners, I did the strut flip to lower my strut some but for some reason the front end will not flex much at all. I can put my jack under the a-arm and will raise the arm about .5in before raising the whole front end. Any ideas appreciated, thanks.

Take off the swaybar! I gained a lot of flex up front by doing this and I hardly noticed it was gone on the road...

yep ditch the sway bar. Unfortunatley until you drop the diff if you try and gain more down travel by using longer struts etc. your CV's will be at too bad of angles and will explode on you!

The Calmini kit drops the diff to allow for more down travel safely.

Suzukihunter(sp?) sells a strut spacer for the front and a ball joint spacer for the rear.

i get 4" of up travel, and 4" of down travel on the front of my vit.

CVs are only holding on, but if you drive smart, you can save them

i have 2" strut spacer, and 2" coil spacer. still trying to figure out how to make the front diff drop brackets.

also, i'm in the process of working out a coil spring i can get custom made to keep the ride height, but to allow more flex and to replace the coil spacer.

Ok cool will try that, I thought the blue beast rode rough before the new tires and spacers but with the way she rides over rocks now I've been tempted to paint her read and slap a Radio Flyer sticker on the side heh.

I just happen to catch this.... but I do make a rear diff spacer and strut spacers....  HotRod bought some from me.  You can talk to him about them, if you would like some opinions about them.  I will tell you that they are great! (but, that is because I am biased  )

Let me know if you need any info and what not.  I have built my suzuk from the ground up.  started with a 2 door with a blown headgasket.  I rebuilt engine drove it for about 2 weeks and then found a 4door body.   Soon after that we rolled it,  so I found a newer style of body, switched from manual to an automatic and have it build even bigger and better.

The parts are so perty, I would hate to used them
But I will hopefully get it done in July along with the Budget bodylift and borrowing the tires from my 2dr.

You're not getting any real weight on the corner, try 'ramping' it up on a good slope and you will find that it will flex. Removing the sway bar will help but it might be that your springs are just too stiff.
