Has anyone  ever set up an air bag suspension for a Tracker/Sidekick?  Not to lower one, but to be able to raise the vehicle when going offroad, like the Volkswagen Toureg.  I wonder what all would be involved in replacing the springs with air bags?

basically you have to run a 3 or 4 link setup to run just airbags....all you would have to do to set up for bags is make a mounting point on the frame and axles...the hard part is setting up the OBA regulation system, its pretty much the same as the lowriders use...i havent seen one on a tracker or zuk yet, but there is a guy on another forum that used airbags on a fullsize Ford, then replaced the F-150 body with a smaller ranger cab....i know its not the type of vehicle your looking for, but with the right ingenuity the setup could be put onto ANY vehicle...i plan on using it on all of my 4x4's when money allows...here is the website he is on, click throught the different pages, it shows the 4 link setup plus other stuff....

   There was a Sami at Zookimelt one year that had air suspension.  Unfortunately, I didn't get to see it in action but it seemed pretty cool!
