I've been wondering if I should do a pre-emptive strike by replacing some of the parts that could leave me stranded (water pump, thermostat, fuel pump, etc.). What do you think....should I just wait for a warning sign? I need my GV to be reliable. I have been very good about maintenence, although my oil changes haven't been every 3000. Usually between 3,000 and 6,000. I figure if the manual says every 7,500 miles, it won't hurt to go over 3,000 between changes. I know there's a lot of debate on this subject. Did you have the leaking front diff?? Mine's leaking now, but I'm waiting to swap it with Sidekick diffs anyway.
