surge performance

has anybody heard of the brand surge performance? they make chips to enhance horsepower and torque and all that good stuff. i was just wondering if anybodys every heard of them. and if theyre ligit. you can find them on ebay... thanks a whole lot

that chip is a farce its a resistor and all it does is trick the engine into running rich.
