Was it going to be fiberglass like that, or canvas?

IIRC it was a company called Pavement Ends

Edit: Not sure if this link will work:

I searched for "fiberglass" and found it. It was prairie dog who was working on it. I checked his profile and he was on here yesterday so maybe he'll post an update.

This is the top I use to have.
I bought it off another board member, who drove out from Los Angeles to Arizona to get it.
I sold it to http://www.rallytops.com/ who is going to offer this style top in the future.
It’s a real neat top, but for me it wasn’t practical.  I needed the back seats and the extra room a normal top has, I like to go fishing and camping.

Give rallytops a call, if there is enough demand maybe they can adapt this style to the Sidekick/Tracker?

Hey,

I'm still at it with the tops, I thought with a new house I would have more time in the garage but I was way off on that one (happy wife, happy life :)) The moulds are ready to go same as last time, I have sourced the window and all the latch hardware, I'm cleaning up another tracker for a buddy ( same buddy as last time) man I'm a sucker for "could you make this or could you do that?"

enough with the crying, I will make these tops and post pics as I progress, I plan on making a couple for locals first then see what the response is like before making more, don't know much about large production and shipping so we'll have to see what the demand is like ( as I make these by hand and as you can tell it's a little time consuming :))

hope that keeps poeple in the loop

 Steve. :)
