For those that may have procrastinated in planning something fun to do over the Memorial Day weekend...
I've done a *little* research and have come up with what I think would be a fun 3-day weekend in Central Oregon. The weather is looking to be good. Linked is a .pdf of the proposed map/route with a "Sunstone" mining guide at the end. The campground on Page 3 is where we would stay Saturday night. It has hot springs and a creek that is just a little bit bigger than you can jump over. One big option would be that we could stay there two nights and explore that area or pick up camp and move on to another area via the outlined route for Sunday.
