RocDoc's Samurai

I'm a geologist living in eastern Idaho, which means I have both the inclination and the location to use my Samurai to its limits.  If anyone is planning a trip up this way, drop me a line.  I know lots of awesome canyons and trails.

The photo shows my Samurai at Copper Mountain, which tops out at 10,303 feet in the Beaverhead Mtns.  It's parked at an old copper mine.  The mine lift tower is NOT attached to the Samurai, I promise.

My Ride:  1988 Samurai tintop with the following mods:
  • 5 inch SPOA lift  (e-mail me about my experience with Rocky Road Outfitters)
    Over-the-top steering
    Calmini Header & exhaust
    Panhard kit by Spidertrax
    Tires:  Firestone Destination MT, 30x9.50x15
    Wheels:  chrome 8-spoke, 2.5 inch back-spacing
