the bds lift rides a bit stiff but it makes up for not having a sway bar up front. i'm happy with it and it rides really good on fast gravel roads with only 17psi in the tires! keeps the tires on the ground.

I just checked out your cardomain site, it looks like it flexes pretty good. Did you have to do any trimming for the 31's ?
Also: Are the BDS 2" strut extensions of good quality? I ordered a set for my 2" coil spacer lift. I may get their 2" body lift after I get my suspension lift done.(just waiting for the 2" extesions now)

the strut extension is a threaded tempered steel shaft that threads onto the top of the strut rod. i have not bent mine yet(knock on wood). i trimed back the bottom of the front bumper cover and the plastic trim that goes under the doors. MR.H bent in a bit of metal inside the fender well that the tires rubbed on. other than that it is all good.

Cool pics!! how did you find a kick in B.C that looks that clean (no rust) ;D ;D
Are your wheels off a ford or from a wheel catalog? Looks like ford center caps, I'm trying to find aluminum wheels (for the lighter weight & looks) without paying more than my trucks worth

If so could you tell me aprox year and model to look for?

I heard on the radio yesterday that somebody in the UK has developed a "spray on mud" for SUV drviers who only ever go on the school/shopping run, to avoid some of the ridicule that's thrown at them by the anti suv lobby over here!

i heard it was used to get away from speeding fines from speed cameras.

just spray the back, front and sides of your all wheel drive bus, and go speeding through the school zones.

excuse? i forgot to wash the car after a hardcore week end in the woods.

pretty funny all the same. what will they think of next? a dummy transfer lever?

thanks prairie dog! the wheels were on the truck when it was purchased so i dont know what they came off, but your are right that the center caps look like ford caps. i think it would have come off a F150 - circa 1990-5
i used to be an auto detailer before becoming a mechanic so i keep the truck pretty clean.
