From what I've seen, the Calmini 2" suspension kit uses the stock front springs, the lift is attained through their control arm's removeable lower front spring perches. The 2" kit gives you new front arms, struts, shocks, rear springs and diff drop brackets, as well as new bushings for the arms and mounts.
If RRO hasn't changed the lift from the Old Man Emu suspension, then it gives you shocks, struts, front and rear springs and coil spacers. The OME kit usually only gives 40mm or about 1-1/2" of lift, but RRO throws in their own coil spacers to try to make it 2-1/2". Also unless they changed the material or construction of their coil spacers, they usually get squished down to less than 1/2" thick within 6 months to a year... I would suggest if you want to OME kit, get it without the spacers and add better spacers from somewhere else, like Jeff on here or possibly even Sky's.
