Well its been an interesting couple of weeks let me tell ya
We ripped apart the new(er) engine last Sunday...turned out it was a real good hack job...the block was very clean...all new gaskets, new seals...and whats that...a crack...shyte the frickin block was cracked...took it back to the wrecker and they gave me another engine, plus a second flywheel (so I can get it machined before hand)...oh and a refund. They in turn took their receipts back to the insurance company that they bought the wrecked Tracker from to get some $$ back from them.
This weekend we start the tear down and subsequent complete rebuild of the second engine.
Also...what's one of the best ways to start your day? Well today mine started off by seeing two boxes stuffed under my BBQ...odd I thought...pulled one of the boxes to see
CALMINI blazed across the top...SWEET!! My cam and clutch came in yesterday but there was no one home to sign for them so they hid them under the BBQ cover in the back yard LOL....I'm some kind of looking forward to getting this thing built!!!
