I am looking for any new and fun spots to wheel in Spokane, WA.

I'm sure you have been to 7mile, other then that I think you have to travel north or into Idaho

From Spokane I think you should head West, just outside of Ellenseburg.  Check out Eastern Washington Off Road (http://www.aworc.com/phpBB/index.php), they are a great group of guys.  I have ran into them outside Naches quite a few times.  :)
