The chassis is from a Tamiya Wild Dagger.  The Tracker I got at a tag sale done by my daughter's brownie troop.  (those are her Barbies, too) I paid 2$ for it.  It's actually a cassette player!  You load the cassette into the back end of the truck and there's a speaker on the bottom.  I can't find any info or original source for the thing and i have never seen another.

I haven't gotten around to actually mounting the body.  I plan to take the grille and some other stuff off the 'chassis' part and attach them to the body so it doesn't look so gutted, and hopefully PAINT the freakin thing!  It's bad enough my real world tracker is purple. :P

Where did that little tracker body you have come from?

How about white with pink and purple flaims!

Every once and a while I hear it about having the pink and purple flaims but I like them.

I don't imagine the flamethower would work to well on an injected vehicle....unless of course you ran an injector after the muffler....

I would love to find a tracker body for my brushless-powered Traxxas Stampede, or better yet my Emaxx-based crawler! LOL!

Keith, I like the new paint, but I liked the old paint even better! I have basically the same exact Tracker you do(90) except mine came from the factory silver. I guess I've just never seen a reason to paint it yet. What tires are you running now? Looks like M/T's but what size and brand?

mytrackerispink: Just break out some black duct tape and give your tracker some angry eyebrows! LOL

In that picture the blue didn't look bad, but it had odd striping on the other side.  Plus it had bondo patches that weren't painted a matching shade of blue.  The green paint it easy to touch up when I get it scratched.  The tires are Hi-Tech Retreads.  I have had them four 4 months and 2000 miles.  I am very happy with them.  I will get to go wheeling again with them tomorrow.  It has been raining here so it will be interesting to see how they do.

HotRod, those Sammi models are the cat's ass.  I need to hit you up for one when I got the x-tra scoots.  Nothing like a 1/24 likeness of the LawDog on my desk...at the Chevy dealer! 8)
