I guess my post didn't make it to the second page.

I was commenting that it's too bad that fix didn't work for you.

I've printed it out and stuck it in my shop manual for future if the problem gets worse.

There are two reasons why the fix might not have worked.
The first is that it wasn't put in properly and there is a vaccum leak,or....
There is a vaccum leak somewhere else on the throttlebody.  Usually the gasket behind the cover plate with the three screws.
