I am more angry with myself for buying something at twice the price I could have made it for. That said, Calmini does make damn fine products. No disrespect to them as a vendor/shop.

Agreed, all my calmini products on my rig kick some major ass. Definitely no disrespect to them.

I've been a mechanic for over 30 years, and use Rocky Road stuff (t-case gears, j-p eater soa kit, wheels, etc)  I've always thought their stuff is top notch.  Never had reason to look at anyone else's stuff
If I were a millionaire, I'd be eccentric, as it is, I'm crazy and happy.

I will NEVER EVER do business with Rocky Road again as long as I live.....they BS'd me for weeks about an overdue delivery and then gave ME bad feedback (I paid the day I won the auction) on eBay in retaliation when I gave them a neutral rating for taking over twice the promised ship date. I am still shocked at the vengeful manner the staff member who dealt with my eBay auction stuff acted in.....

Some time when you are bored....long into eBay and look at the feedback RRO left for people.....TONS of smart mouth comments and then retaliated in MANY MANY instances.....what a horrible company!!

MY issues with them-
1. Took over twice the promised ship time
2. I had to call daily for 2 weeks (After the initial 2 week period expired) or it likely would have been twice as long to get my product (a guy who won the same product as me on the same day took almost twice as long to get his)
3. It was all tossed into a huge box and not packed at all.
4. They forgot to enclose the directions (not a big deal really, but a minor pain)
5. They retaliated against me for giving them honest (and I was nicer than I should have been!) feedback on eBay....ruining my 100% positive feedback rating that I have worked hard for many years to keep.
6. The owner was a damn loon when I tried to reason with him.
7. They sold me a product they did not have on hand, even though they knew that had contractually comitted to a certain delivery time.
8. They alomst ran out of ANOTHER piece of the kit as I waited for the first piece that was not in stock to come in...I had to beg the guy in CS to put the last other part aside to make sure my order would be ready when the initial missing product finally came in.

I even attempted to talk to the owner and he was frickin clueless......accused me of having "double standards" for not being happy about them not living up to their end of the transaction. I am still amazed at that experience to this day.....that guy is out of touch!

To be fair....the product was decent.....it fit pretty well, not perfect, but I imagine these type of products rarely fit perfectly from any vendor.
