???The last line on the website sums it up... "If Suzuki wants to complain about what is posted here, we look forward to meeting their cheating scum asses in court."  Emotionally charged writings of some unfortunate folks who are unhappy.  I have had 4 Suzukis and have loved them all, beat the tar out of 3 of them and not one has failed me.  Yes I have broken parts, but it was after years of abuse and oversized tires.
I spun around on the highway and 65 mph on a rainy night, hit a guard rail, spun around the opposite direction into the ditch to a complete stop and did not roll.  Enough said.  Don't let a few bad apples sway your decision.  I would/will buy another Suzuki again. 8)

Just got a call from the DM, Ken and he wants to have me take this rig to another dealer for examination.
Wow.....maybe, just maybe, we'll get somewhere.
The Zuke is on its way out.  Getting a vehicle that will behave and be supported by the dealer.

I should probabally do a timing belt huh? ::) Its been lifted since 22000 miles. Its been rolling on 35s for about 40000 miles now. If anybodys wondering how I treat it look at my avitar!

can we all just remember also, yes everybody that has no complaints smile and drive and tell their friends how much they like it. however, those that have complaints and problems tell everyone they don't know because they need their time on the soapbox or behind the pulpit to save the world. yes i have personal complaints with my servicing dealer because they have had suzuki for 3 months when i had problems last year. they are not trained because the dealership "can't lose theair mechs because they are real busy and needed right now." bull----  they also haven't had the oppurtunity to touch my xl since. they couldn't even replace the slotted stock caps on my wheels, i did at home. very basic very dumb. but with all that i WILL NOT give up my favorite vehicle for nothing. i wish i could have two!!!

You know, I've been working at an oil change place for a few weeks, and it's amazing how many cars we get where the drivers don't give two shits about when their car's going to die. Theres at least a few a day that come in with no oil on the dipstick, no fluid on the trans dipstick, got a heavy bit of ticking and clattering, car smoking, sounds like it's about ready to die... with 100k miles on it.

Makes me wonder how well this person treated the vehicle they owned, as no vehicle is gonna last long under those conditions. :-/

Good point.

From the sounds of it, her dealer followed 'Zuki specs & it ate a valve/had the head replaced... and went downhill from there.

I've also been caught between dealers and the factory. It not only sucks, but there ain't a thing you can do about it... except post on the I-net. I almost didn't buy my Zuki's because they were "related" to GM. (I *really* wanted a new Camaro, but won't buy from GM again.)
