glove box will not close HELP
« on: January 12, 2009, 04:30:43 PM »
My glove box will not close on 2004 XL7 ...seems to be a problem with the hinge which is behind glove box...any ideas on how to get to the back side of the glove box?

Pretty sure you open the glove box and squeeze the sides in to allow it to swing all the way forward, but  I can't recall for certain at the moment whether that was on my '03 or old '96.  Think it was the newer one....although your interior was a redesign.   Give it a shot.
