I took the hard back Sheel off Brendas tracker and her nice Hard Skylite cover and installed all the Rods and junk to put on the older Soft top i have.
( This is a 2 door 1991 LSI model with a Removable hard rear sheel and hard Skylite)

The rods were easy to put on as there were pre drilled holes with screws Ect.

Then the fun part the Two of us Putting on the Top!!!! Oh boy... Bitch... kunt.... bastard you name it we called each other some names.

Anyway i got it alll on once she left in a Huff.
 Now to fold it back down do ya have to Unclip the Soft top from that Front hing bar thing EVERY TIME ??

I think i should BURN the soft top put back on the Hard rear Shell and hard Skylite part but she wants the Fricken soft top 
Says the Hard sky lite takes up to much room in the back for the dog.
I said leave it home she says wjhat if it Rains. I said soft tops all leak anyway!
You get the idea. I just want to know if theres a Fast way to fold the thing DOWN.

The Top was old dirty and as stiff as a honey mooners prick to which didnt help.

Is there any instructions anywhere on how to fold it all up easy ?

Sorry mate....I don't think there's a way to fold the whole thing down.

You can unclip the front piece that connects to the top of the windshield.....then just flip it back.   That's about it though.    If you fold the top opposite the way it wants to fold naturally....you should get some more blue sky above you.    If you don't know what I mean by that....I can take some pics of mine in all the positions I can think of.


It's not terribly difficult to remove the whole soft top for some fun open top driving...but it IS INCREDIBLY ANNOYING....and you WILL get your hands dirty....AND there is no place to put it.  So I rarely take the whole thing off....I just flip the front up like a sunroof.

I found the info in the manual and that Sucks how little it folds down or back!
I showed her the part in the manual that Shows a Skull and Cross bones where the Driver can be Gassed to Death from exhust fumes 

So now the hard top and sky lite are going back on LOL

Wow...gassed to death just from a soft top?!   Well then all the rust holes in the floor aren't going to help me any.....
