You can give Hawk Suzuki a call, they should have one.  Trail Tough would also be a good place to check.

I found an article on IZook. It is about a pinion mount for this problem. It is a replacement for a broken one. Could be an option? ;D           izook.com/tech/

We've covered this in a couple technical articles. Take a look at our editorial Archives.

There are a couple of different ways shown to modify and reinforce the IFS componentry.

OK - I found the pinion mount article on IZook - took me a few hours, but it was interesting reading.

By the way Eric - I took a look at your link too, and didn't find that much about modifying & reinforcing the IFS - I found two articles, the first on the installation of the Calmini Anvil - I'm not that keen on doing business with Calmini, the last time left me with, let's call it a bad taste in my mouth, and the second on replacing the weaker aluminium stuff with the cast iron, which is kind of hard to come by.

It's important to recognize - it's easy to find stuff when you know it's there and what to look for, but a lot harder when you really have no clue what you're looking for.

So - how about telling me what I missed?

Modified Sami housing for IFS.

I had this housing sitting on a rack and it sure looked like it wanted to be used, so with a cut off wheel, grinder, and welder it quickly became my steel front diff.
The diff build begins on page 2.  http://www.zukiworld.com/forum/index.php?topic=22395.15
I broke a diff mount and CV joint, and still used it to drive out, but case and third member still fine..  (Sometimes something has to break.)  Lesson learned:  (Do not back up with ARB locked.)
