So, I talk to Steve at Boondox and he says he can ship out my order, perfect, I've ordered from him before no issues.  I confirm with him that this can be shipped asap because I need to repair my truck right away, no problem I'm told.  So 2 weeks go by and no shipping info, it takes me about 5 calls to get through to the guy, who not once returned my voice message or email.  He says it's shipped and he'll send me the shipping info... So another week and a half go by and nothing, no returned call or email message as promised.

Steve, I hope you and or your buddies are on this forum reading this post.  Your service is not professional, I have requested shipping info or refund with no response, thanks for taking my cash and leaving me in a bad spot, great guy.  Looks like I'll be missing next weekends huge event cause there's no way I'll be able to order alternative parts and have them in time now, did I mention thanks yet?  ................. . . .   .   .     .      .

When people come to see me for me to fabricate something they are alway told that I don't move fast. They either wait of find someone else. I try to get the work done on time and as soon as possible but being bipolar takes alot of my days....but I tell people right away....can't promiss anything on time but they still come to see me.

well this has been taken care of, got a refund in my paypal, the items had never been shipped as i'd been told, wasted a month on this, was told it was my fault that my items never got shipped because i didn't follow shipping instructions, funny that the order site took my money and shipping info, then i got told personally by steve that he remembered shipping my canadian order out......  seems like a bunch of bullshit to me.  anyway enough whining from me...
