1999 tracker conv bent rear axel 4x4

My 99 tracker has a bent rear axel 1" out with heavy outside tire wear...anyone know how difficult this is to fix??? Straighting or relpacement has been offered to me!!!

I'd replace the housing, maybe the shaft as well.
