Puff'n blue on start up

Puff'n blue on start up

The 92 sidekick is starting to puff blue pretty bad upon start up. Its a 16v 1.6. Anyone know why? Is it time for a valve adjustment?
Also, I spilled a couple of litres of oil on the carpet in the back ::). Anyone know a good cleaner for getting that out?

Sounds like valve seals are failing. I don't know if you'll get that oil completely out, that sucks!
