I did a search on the net for the latest on the Suzuki vs Cu and found this:

Does this mean that there will be no day in court?  I have been waiting since '89 for this and puff nothing.  Is anyone else seething about this?  I feel betrayed by Suzuki.  Maybe I'm mistaken.

I am still peeved.  I can't believe that CR can make allegations like this and just get a way with it and then Suzuki just rolls over.  Bring the Samurai back.

Well, did Suzuki settle the lawsuit or not?  I thought the yahoo article made it pretty clear.  I tried going to Suzukivsconsumerreports.com at izook and it wouldn't come up.
