Not trying to defend Calmini here, but I disagree that their kit is a complete waste of money.

The instructions in my opinion are worth their weight in gold. They inform you on what you need to relocate, loosen off, and extend in order for everything to work right.

Instructions are nice, but Heathers guide gives you instructions as well, with better pics, and it doesn't cost $140. :-/

Plus for those people who don’t have access to a metal fab shop, this kit makes it possible for them to lift their truck.

I don't have any experience with having a shop put some holes in some square tubing and add 3" of material to a couple of shifters, but that can't be close to as expensive as the Calmini kit.

just my $0.02. :-/

I would suggest forgetting about the hardtop.
That's a lot of weight!

and wont be loosing traction on every hump and hurdle

I'm not loosing traction on every hump and hurdle: ;D

Installed just 3" of body-lift and further nothing (yet). But I'd like to have more flex in the front, I'll try flipping the strut mounts soon.... ;)
That's inexpensive and should make a little difference.
