Floor Jack? ;D Just kidding, the coil spacer lift seems to be the cheapest. Do a search for " cheap lifts" find you'll find many creative and low cost ways our members have come up with to lift their rigs. Theres even used lift stuff in the classifieds.
The usual stuff, and 2nd generation Air to liquid intercooled TURBOCHARGER

Thanks bent. Was looking at some spacers last night but sold before i could get them. Do you need longer rear struts with the spacers?

You can just put a spacer in for the stock shock to fit in rear, but I think its better to just get new shocks for a 91 ford Crown Vic.  They are like $16 a piece.  I make and sell 2" coil spacers for $80 a set. PM me if interested.  It also requires you to do a front strut mount flip.
