im not an expert in these swaps but i do happen to be an active enthusiast in both suzukis and TDIs seperately.
first thing, double check and make sure the BEWs have a fuel pump. my ALH has no pump at all. the injection pump actually sucks fuel all the way from the tank with no pusher.
next, before you get all worried about wiring, look into getting a mechanical injection pump. i believe there are units available from europe that will drop right into your engine. acme should be able to help you with that.
