My speedometer needle quit the other day but the odometer works.  Are they known for coming loose ?  Can it be just pushed back on.  It is sitting at the 6 PM position.  I haven't pulled the cluster yet.  Thanks Ken

They don't have a coming loose problem, but I have heard of it happening occasionally.  If the needle just came off, or got loose, then you should be able to push it back on.  If something inside the speedo broke, then you will likely have to replace the speedo.

Thanks, just what I thought.  Guess I'll have to pull it out before I buy a new one.  Anybody know of a reasonable replacement ?  Ken
