Nine years ago I bought a bunch of parts from Calmini.  Right off the bat, my 4:1 gears weren't right and I had to send them back for warranty.  They were real nice but it took them four months to resolve the issue.  At the same time, I also bought a header from them.  Fast forward nine years later, my lifetime warrantied header had to be sent in for warranty.  In September of 2010 I sent it off.  I was told 3 weeks.  It's now been 6 months later and I am being told that it will be at least another 6 weeks.  I am just wondering if anyone else has had these types of issues with them because I do have some of thier other parts but it's really leaving a bad taste in my mouth to buy anything else from them.  Mainly I just wanted to vent and inform everyone here if you have problems with them, you are not the only one.

Do a quick search on Calmini - this sort of thing has been discussed before - there was even a response from a Calmini representative - I think the discussion becam quite acrimonious.

I've never had to deal with them for warranty, but I do have personal experience with them and their wait times and lack of communication - and it's primarily because of fora like this that I know that my experience with them was, unfortunately, not an isolated incident.
