Do a quick search on Calmini - this sort of thing has been discussed before - there was even a response from a Calmini representative - I think the discussion becam quite acrimonious.
I've never had to deal with them for warranty, but I do have personal experience with them and their wait times and lack of communication - and it's primarily because of fora like this that I know that my experience with them was, unfortunately, not an isolated incident.
