Scale Model of YOUR Samurai?
« on: August 15, 2012, 11:29:39 AM »
These are fun little paper models (1/25 scale).  I like playing with the grahpics.  Email some pics of your Sami (front, back, & sides) to me at warbird52|removethispart||removethispart|@gmail.com and I'll customize one for you.  The only restriction is SWB with a full top.  Once I'm done I'll send you a .pdf file you can use to print and "build" your model.  This is another hobby thing for me so no gaurantees on turnaround time.

That is so cool!  Looks like a fun little project.  Do you have any other paper models?  Jeeps or other Suzukis?

Just these two - The one on the right is my current Sami "project".  The one on the left is one I want to restore/build.  Shoot me an email and I'll send you the files.

I'll Keep This Post on my lap top.
since it prints out on sheets, It would be a WAY KOOL "hand out" to kids of our rig during the African Endurance run.
I'll just have the local printer make them on "Card Stock".

I just don't have a finished rig to send the pix of yet.

What a cool idea!!! I used 100# cardstock for mine.  What are you building (ST or TT)? What's the base color?  With that info I can get a head start on it then add the custom touches when you're done.

It reminds me of the Turtle Expedition Vehicle.

Hey Warbird,

Do you have a soft top Sami already done in black with a grill like this:

And wheels like this:

I thought if you had something close I wouldn't need to duplicate the work.
