The LSPV (if fitted) is at the other end of the vehicle, over the rear axle, and connected to it by a spring - what is shown in those pictures would be best described as a junction block - it joins the steel brake lines to the rubber hoses that allow for movement between the truck's body & frame.
Long rubber hoses would make for a very soft soggy feeling & possibly ineffective brake system - the rubber swells under pressure.
Hopefully Dudley will be along and can find you a part number - I don't have access to my parts manual at this time.
Dudley, this block sits on the inside of the right frame rail, just below the firewall - the brake lines come down the firewall, connect to two short rubber hoses, and then into the junction block.
Schnako - it may be possible to "re-plumb" the brake system to work without these hoses - not all body on frame vehicles have them, Toyota, as an example, wrap the brake line into a "spring", perhaps 1-1/2" in diameter, and 5~6 loops - all that is required is to allow for the slight flexing that occurs between the body & the frame.
