My CB/Ham Radio/Stereo installs
« on: September 15, 2015, 01:25:14 PM »
Hi guys,

Thought I'd just share my CB/Ham and stereo installs on my rigs.

White 2005 GV:

Icom 208H Ham Radio
Cobra 75 handheld CB (not so great tx audio but perfect for vehicles not having much space to install things)
Alpine/JBL system with an old school 10" Fosgate sub (not pictured)

Antennas:

Power feed:

Using an air nibbler on the doors to fit the 6 1/2's:

Items getting stuffed under the seats during install:

Dash:

A speaker each for the CB and Ham, a Mic for the head unit (bluetooth phone calls), tweet location:

Rear speakers installed with home made spacers in ceiling:

Red 2001 GV:

Alpine head unit (nothing done to speakers)
Icom 2720 Ham Radio
Uniden Pro 520XL

Antennas:

Dash:

Rear of center console:

Maybe this'll give some ideas to folks that are looking to add similar things to their GV's.

2005 GV with Zuki Nation 4.5" Lift.
