LOOKS AS IF I'M GONNA HAVE TO REPLACE MY THERMO STAT...SMALL PUDDLE OF ANTI FREEZE RIGHT AT THE NECK OF ENTRY TO MOTOR.....OK SO IS THERE ANYTHING SPECIAL I'LL WANT TO REPLACE IT OR JUST GO TO THE PARTS STORE AND ASK FOR THE BASIC STAT FOR MY 95 KICK     AND ALSO LOOKS LIKE ILL BE NEEDING TO PUT ON SOME NEW BRAKE PADS UP FRONT AS WELL ANYTHING HERE I SHOULD BE OPPTING FOR   AND WHILE I'M AT IT I'M GONNA CHANGE THE OIL AS WELL...AND I KNOW THAT FRAM FILTER HAS TO GO, THAT JIFFY LUBE PUT ON IT.......WHAT GRADE OIL SHOULD I RUN IN THIS ZUK FOR THE LONG COLD NY WINTER...SHOULD I GO SYNTHETIC   107000. MILES ON HER IF THAT HELPS ANY...MECHANICLY CHALLENGED SIGNING OFF NOW      THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR HELP     MATTY D....

Mine was leaking in the same place yesterday but the t-stat was fine. I just took the neck to Advance Auto and they matched it up to a gasket, they even gave me the gasket. Had it done in about 5 minutes.

5-30w or 0-30w oil, Castrol or = quality
other brand, I went syn blend last change,
and I put on a Fram    filter, I was buffaloed
by their advertising, and to think when I
was doing an "economy" oil change, and
got the $2.99 Purolator filter, I was doing
a good thing for my engine. No wonder I
only got 250,000 Miles out of my first engine,
I almost always used a Fram filter...Tickes me
off to think I trusted them to protect my motor.
