One set is for your reverse lights the other is for 5th gear. When in 5th, the computator doesn't recirculate the egr gasses. (I think.) Can I get a confirmation? :)

You got it Eric,  there is a 5th gear egr lockout switch that should have 2 wires.  One is black and goes to ground, the other is Light Green/Red and goes to the ECM.  Your reverse light switch should have a yellow wire and a red wire.
