Have you looked into the Pajero/Montero option that Mike Dransfield is running over there. They come in different lengths and have a 29mm dia. shaft with 28 spline compared to the 28mm dia. 27mm spline Toyota. The V6 has larger CV's and the manual has a larger shaft dia. than the auto but the spline is still the same size. They use Asin hubs like the Toys and Zuks so that is fine. I'm trying to get hold of some here to measure up and see what is needed to fit them.
Euhm, over where? And arey they shorter? As I'm not sure If I'll be able to do the widening mod with my Pro comp spring lift 
He's in New Zealand same as Mike Dransfield. Shane, I don't know if Mike did the work or if it was done by Autokraft in Palmerston North. Could be worth a phone call to Autokraft.
