That's roll on? How durable is it??
So far after it has cured it seems very durable. time will tell tho. I have used auto zone stuff for the bed with 2 coats (same with the durabak) and having a engine and trans in the bed only a few minor scratches

That looks really good, I mainly want to put it down instead of carpet. So did you sand down and put it on metal? did it need primer? sorry I'm Really curious about this now.

How much did you have left over after thee second(?) coat?

see when i looked at the instructions it said to just use the xylene and clean it off really good. remove any chipping paint. after i had finished i look online and it said to lightly sad and use primer for best result. I havent had any flaking or chipping. So i think its fine. when i did the bed i sanded it down and just painted it on. After 2 coats I have enough to do the interior.

You may have mentioned this already but was this the textured Durabak or the smooth stuff.  There are two versions and with the roller you were using it would tend to texture even the smooth version so Im curious.  I'm asking because I want texture inside and smooth finish on the outside.  I called the guys at Durabak and they said the smooth version could be spray painted without thinning....

Nice job, I like what you have going there!

Edit:"duh, very first sentence, "textured paint"... I think I read too many posts, thanks for your response....

yes its the textured stuff. It rolls on fairly easily, just make sure the roller is wet or it will start to pull the paint off. I had only cleaned the exterior with xylene. on their website it says for best results to lightly sand and use xylene. So far I havent had problems
