i wanna know how ur $hit is so damn clean..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i wash my pos and the next day its dirty!!!!! arg...i need a pressure washer and a car cover so the gardeners stop using the lefe blowers to texturize my paint :-/

LOL!!! Man, twice a year I strip that thing down and scrub off all the grime. Then I hit any rust with a flap disk and throw some paint on her. This week just happened to be the spring cleanup before another years worth of wheeling. I usus;;y inspect all the welds and make sure all is ok. I guess it's the soldier in me that makes me do it  ;D

Also, nc_zuk, how are those seats on the trail as far as bumps and jumps? :)

it looks like the tin man took a huge shit all over the steel, judging by that weld in the first pic. ;)

I thought you were going to say something about the diff guard being welded on the wrong way? looks like the drain hole is going to the back ;D

Hey! I take offense to that because those welds are better than most of my stick welds! :)

Hey, those welds that you comment about were the first welds I had ever laid down. Yep they are sloppy. That was 1.5 years ago. I thnk if you look at the tabs for the upper link you will see that they are much better. The bottom line is they have held up quite well and therefore they are good welds  ;) It's always nice to hear someone elses smartass comment that doesn't even pertain to the original intent of the info posted. You da man!!  ::)

Oh, the diff guard is cut like that so that I can get a socket in there to take out the fill plug   ;)

Oh man you have no idea!!! I did all the work and it was UNDRIVABLE!!! I was freaking out. It was all over the road and I did almost roll it on the asphault. My wife said she saw AIR under a tire while she was behind me  :o What I had forgotten was that I rotated the front Boggers to the back and the pass frond tire didn't hold air (got a big ol' screw in it) So I had 14 psi in one rear tire and 4 psi in the other. The locker didn't like that very much and was pitching me all over the road when shifting. Anyway, a good friend asked me to check pressure and sure enough that is what it was. I aired her up and she drives like a dream again!!  ;)
