Removed EGR valve and the tube to the intake manifold and vacuum modulator. Cleaned everything up, drove it 100+ miles, everything went smooth. Also, it passed its Calif emission test with flying colors, with no codes present. I guess cleaned all that fixed it. lol sooo SOLVED!
