Need a rear third member from an x90 or 2 door kick please!
« on: October 28, 2018, 12:44:40 PM »
I am in search of a rear third member, in 4.62 ratio.  These came in x90’s, 89-95 2dr auto kicks and 91 4dr auto kicks.  Anyone have one I can buy on the cheep?

I don’t know on price, but I remember seeing some OEM NOS units on eBay...don’t remember ratio for sure, I know they were not 5.12.

I’m trying to find out if the carrier is the same dimensions as later models or if it’s the differential and the carrier, and the gear set that is different, or all three.  I know for sure the differential is slightly different, and the ring gear ID.  If the difference is in the carrier then I don’t care what the ratio is, this would help as the 4.62 appears to be a “hens tooth” as they say.
