- Measure with a yardstick
- Mark it with chalk
- Cut it with a torch
- Beat it till it fits

Around me "hot rodders" ..
- Measure with a micrometer
- Mark it with laser etch
- Cut it with a plasma
- Buy big dollr and hope it fits

and then the "ricers"
- pay someone to do it for me
