Some "Carnage" Colorado Pix
« on: November 14, 2005, 08:12:08 PM »
We ran Carnage on sunday while our club Ridgerunners ran chinamans. Were the crazy ones he he. We all made it through without breakage except I pulled my front driveshaft apart. The only winching we had to do was pull my zuk back on it's wheels at the water fall on Chinamans afterwards. Enjoy the pix.

A couple action shots

Don in his Zuki

Dave in his Yota

My dad in our Zuk

Me in the Zuk

The trip was a blast to say the least :-) There are a couple of obstacles on carnage that are alot easier since the last time I was there.

Happy Trails

Those are some cool shots, Chris. I noticed you put the 'yota to good use as a RTI ramp!  ;D

You had mentioned that you were interested in helping out at this year's 'Zukfari. Is that offer still there?

Yes we are still up for leading a trail this coming year. We are currently working on our other zuk to get it ready for moab :-). So hopefully we will have two! And yes it is a killer place to wheel!

So if we have both zuks running we will be able to do a couple of different runs.

I suprised to see a little lady driving that orange sammy in Canon a few months ago.  Now I can say I have finally seen a zuk on this board in real life!  I will goin the ridge runners some day.  I work with Mark Fisher, and went on my first wheeling trip with him and his Aquaman on Madeno pass.  I have been hooked ever since.  I dont think I will ever get the height the orange sammy has, but who knows maybe someday....

Awesome Shadow - thanks for posting this. ;D

Tell me a bit about the Zuks will ya, they look bitching. Stuff like this just keeps you motivated.

Wish I could find a trail like that over here - NZ.
