Welcome to the world of Suzukis!
I have some links to some Suzuki parts vendors on my website, on the FAQ page http://www.godzuki.us/faq.htm Not a lot of Track/Kick stuff...but there is some.
You can browse around the site, and see some of the places we've been too...there are pics from the Badlands for Zookimelt, and pics from Haspin Acres as well.
If you get to Zookimelt this year....look up the Bedford Boys...we just live a few miles up the road from you in Bedford, IN.
We have a run to Haspin acres every fall too, so you might wanna' join us for that.
Thanks for the links and offer to meet up at Zukimelt.. I DO intend to go to that one.. even if I don't get very much further with the tracky..
Thanks for the dye tip from Jzap... heck... ANY color is better than the pink, think I will do THAT tomorrow!
NOW... I am going to get a manual for the tracker tomorrow, but can pulling the pumpkin, be simple? What is the easiest way? any shortcuts? I want to get it to my buddies for a good welding this week..
I drove it 100 miles today, up to 80 on the freeway.. it's a pretty tight little unit.. but not stable enough for my tastes as a DD, and when I lift it, I am sure it won't get any MORE stable. lol.. so this one is going to be a trail rig.. even though I just "got the ugly off it" as my buddy put it.. it still represents more fun to me locked tight. I am even considering welding the front, and investing in a few extra axle/CV sets... lol.. do they make lockers for the front? I haven't seen any... lockers would be fine in front.. I am not one of those heavy footed spinem and drop'em kinda guys.. I know how to keep axles under a 4x4 that's locked.. I just think locked on all four corners would make this little tank unstoppable...
So, what's the word, can anyone give me the low down on pulling the rear (and front?) punkins?
I will try to post pics of the Tracky tomorrow, with the Ugly off it... lol..
Thanks again guys.. it never ceases to amaze me how much you can learn FAST joining a forum..
