Anybody recognize these bolts?

Anybody recognize these bolts?

Hi all,
I'm working on my new to me '99 Vitara SJ 2.0.
I changed the plugs, valve cover gasket, CPS housing O-ring.
I removed the strut tower cross-brace.
Somewhere in the process of the above I removed these two bolts and now that it's all back together, I cannot recall where these bolts went.
Anybody recognise these?

They were dirty from engine compartment not from internal engine oil so, they are not from inside the engine.
I typically bag & tag everything but I didn't for these....

See the shoulder at the tip of the bolt? those type are for a mis-alignment or tough to align area of the vehicle. -Eric
