We can all sit around a bench race about what theoretically may or may not work, but a lot of this stuff can be highly affected by the end user. How do you feel about the power in the rig? Does it do what you want it to do now? If you know you want bigger tires on the rig, start with something like the 235's and see how it changes your driving experience. Then decide on things like gearing and such.
