89 2 dr kicker electric window regulator swap

89 2 dr kicker electric window regulator swap

I have a 2 door 89 sidekick with manual windows.  both regulators are broken and the windows wont roll down.  I found a 4dr sidekick at the junkyard that has electric windows.  i was wondering if anybody knew if the regulators would fit in my doors?  i know the doors on a 4dr are about 4 inches shorter than the doors on a 2dr.  If theres anybody that knows if it will work i would be very grateful.  thanks.

The manual regulators don't interchange between 2 and 4 doors, so I would guess the electric ones don't either.....but I don't know for certain.

Hold on !!!! the doors on a 4 door are smaller then a 2 door????? :o

yup.  about 4 inches shorter front to back.  top to bottom i think they are about the same.
