I got the letter. Today I drove by the Occupy Portland encampment and it made be wonder with the plea for community tent and lights will we be protesting anything? what should I put on my sign?  and will I be tied to my sign before it is thrown into the fire?

WE ARE THE ____%
    of wheelers?

Maybe that will work for a bumper sticker as well as a sign. You guys fill in the blank. :D

Yeah, it's the squirells, rabbits, birds, bear, and the rest of the animals that are methodically and systematically stealing from the plant growth without compensation. We will be the voice of the trees. - but  we will not feel bad using wood products for our signs and build a nice big camp fire to keep us warm :)

Better make it official, I'll be attending, just sent you an email Eric.

In Winter weather, a headache I regularly have is my door locks freezing up.  Never ice in the lock, key goes in fine, just won't turn.  Key fluid doesn't seem to help much.  Heating the key with a lighter normally takes care of it.  Any tips from the experts on this?

Minnesota logic here... WD40 in the key slot to get everything lubbed up and functioning, and then the thinest oil you can find. My favorite is power steering fluid. dip your key in it and then slip it in the key slot. Wipe up eveything when you are done. You will have the slickest door locks in the neighborhood

It appears that I will not be able to make it this year...too far behind with my work.  The number of obligations I have and deadlines to meet would make the trip impossible to enjoy  :'(
As it is, I'm typing this message from out in the shop at 10:30 PM, taking a short break before I dive back into work.
I was honestly planning on bringing the samurai over in the Deuce, and wheeling both of them!
Maybe next year...
have a great time without me guys!

Anyone look at the weather forcast? Depending on the site you go to they are forcasting as low as 12 degrees. Looks like coolers will be used to keep liquids from freezing. I hope my 12v electric blanket shows up in time. if it does I'll be bringing an extra battery to run it. Anyone else making and "adjustments" due to the forcast?

Would it count a wheeling a Zuki if you never took the Samurai out of the back?  :D

I wish I could!  Unfortunately for me, my works ISN'T all year long or non-stop!  I have to take it when it comes, or I can't afford to keep the projects rolling out of the shop.  Have fun...looks like there might be some snow and some downright perfect "fall classic" temps on the way!

Did you sign up? What's your name please? (send me a PM if that is more comfortable) I'd like to cross you off the list so I don't have to call you on Friday. :)

Thanks, Eric
