Ok, so I can make two fit... #1 Why am I doing this? #2 How do I use them once they're in? I like upgrades, so I'm looking into a winch and fog lights, so there are other alts. that you can put in a Kick? Pics would be fun if anyone got them.

If you go with GM style alt conversion, it would power a dual batt system, winch, whatever you need.
Quit being so cheap people. Just be glad you don't own a Jeep or a Toy, or a Land Rover, or.....? If you owned any of the above you would be into the same kinds of mods at least twice that much! And you guys wonder why no big companies want to start dealing with our world.

Most of the links and kits are for the Samurai.  What I'm looking for is a high-amp alternator kit for the 4-door Sidekick with the 1.6L 16V engine.

Why so harsh on the guy's here? If anyones cheap maybe it's the fact you can build a good ride for 10,500 and under and that's cheaper than buying a new rig. So if you want more power (amps) do it right the 1st time so that you don't have to keep adding to it, nickle and dime'n you to a point where it should have been done right  the 1st time around. NO MICKEY MOUSE work is exceptable unless you wish to be left stranded in the back woods without help.  ;D

this is what i was gunna do kinda what im still gunna do..since i need 10x the power i have now i was going to do the GM alt braket (already purchased) then from the excesiveamperage i am going to run his delco 2" gm alt 200amp came to like 240$ with the pully so it would bolt right to the zuke belts and stuff

then (since i dont have a back seat just subs) i was going to run 1 yellow top under the hood and 2 red tops behind the seats that would power a small city =) lol

but that may be a little much for u..however i suggest u do not skimp now on the alt since eventually u will want to run some type of winch with off road lights..that 100amp alt will do alright..but the 200amp alt would take all the punishment without and signs of wavor

on my 91 u could pount a 2nd batt and the hood opsite the stock location (takes some imagination) but my SVR (kinda like an optima only has more output and half the price lol) will fit over the wheel well on its side

u also need to remember when running duel batts u will need some type of isolator (200amps to match the 200amp alt) u will also need wiring that can support the 110amps at idle and 200+amps at 2400rpm

Sorry about that. But I have heard more people on here and elsewhere, complain about how much things cost for these cheap little trucks. My main gripe IS how cheap they are to build, and most people still complain about spending more than $20 on them!
Sorry, had to vent.
