I just installed a 3 inch body lift from Calmini. I'm wondering about the body mounts underneath the frame. The bolts supplied in the kit aren"t long enough so I had to take the rubbers off the bottom frame mount. Then I  had to  put the bolts with washers up thru the frame body mounts. Are the bushing supposed to go back on? It seems to me they should but I'm lost.
Also the steering shaft has me puzzled I took the 4 nuts off the middle of the shaft. Do I just put them back on or do I need to extend the steering shaft. I tried searching this but came up with nothing?!?!
