I checked back through our orders and I am not showing an order per the name Jeremiah or to your location. I am assuming your store credentials are differents so please email me (hutch|removethispart|@zukiworld.com) or PM me, or give me a call at 714-614-1177 so I can get some customer specific information. When you placed your order, the store should have sent you a confirmation email of your order. Hopefully you didn't delete that.

We will get to the bottom of it ASAP!

I found an email on my end. It 1/2 looks like I made a purchase, "Thank you for using PayPal Express Checkout!" and 1/2 looks like I setup an account, "an account has been automatically created for you". It made no mention of what item (calendar) I actually purchased, or for how much. So, maybe I just setup an account and thought I made a purchase  Anyway, I'll forward the full email to you and we'll work it out.

For other's reading: looks like the screw up was on my end  Despite that, Jason went above and beyond to make things right. Thank you for your quick responses and great customer service!
