Do most headers come with a port for the the O2 sensor?

I don't know. I know that the Thorley does and it also has the port for the EGR which is something else that you might need.

Most headers do have a spot for the O2 sensor

Thorley header..... yes it has a spot for the o2 sensor and no its not louder but quieter up front then i added th flowmaster and it got louder in back ill have to let you know about the milage later

milage went from 25/26 to 27 or so but im still hitting the petal heavy because i like the sound of the flowmaster
