Ive just rebuilt my 1992 sami engine and have been told by a injector refurbish my fuel injector is toast. Ive tried every where to get a replacement with no luck. Can someone please help me with sourcing a new one or changing the TBI carb for a different one that will work with minimal modifications. I'm pulling my hair out and so want to get on the road in my sami
Your help is appreciated

Give Hawk Suzuki a call. They should be able to hook you up.

I have called Hawk and i've got one on the way thank you ;D. Just out of interest if there hadn't been one available does anyone know what the next option would have been. i.e. fit a pre injection carb, a tbi carb from another manufacturer, aftermarket carb. Could i have converted to a webber carb or old style standard carb. This is a just wondering question as to what my options would have been if i wasnt able to find one

If you want to go carb with the 8V you can actually snag the intake from the 1.3L. I wouldn't recommend it though, as you would have to put a fuel regulator on and would loose your ability to climb.
The next step would probably be to raid the engine compartment of a Geo Metro/Suzuki Swift. They had 1.3L throttle body engines and if it wasn't a direct swap you could probably change the intakes between them. :)

Its a recon one and it cost me 116 inc shipping.

You can use one from a 1.6 8V. I'd use the whole throttle body though, it's just a little bigger bore.
