Runs & drives good. Clearcoat is weathered. Interior is decent. All power windows work. AC & heater work.

2.7L V6 DOHC, timing chain serviced with new tensioner, slider, guides.
Fresh coolant, thermostat, engine oil, accessory belts, gear lube.
4-speed AT with fresh fluid
2-speed manual transfer case
new front brake pads
good tires
full frame
excellent for camping in the forest and shopping at Costco.
Clean/clear title in my name.
Made in Japan

Cons: It does blow a cloud of smoke on cold start. This got better with 10w-40 "high mileage" oil but still happens.
It'll need CV shafts because the boots are torn.

Since this car needs frequent TLC I'm looking to sell to another Suzuki enthusiast. Call me |removethispart||removethispart|@ 36O-83I I9 8I - Yury.

That's great Doug! This is shaping up to be really fun. I did some pre-running and have found some interesting stuff so far.

I will be attending this year, but Sebrina is not sure yet. Have not decided if I will drive the purple X90 or my Grand Vitara. Have a group of 3 others that plan to head down with me. Hopefully they will email you.

I'm bias because I live near Michelin's NA HQ and have many friends that work for Michelin but I'd go with the BFG All-Terrain which is a good on-road/off-road tire or the BFG Mud-Terrain which is what I use for street and off-roading.

Newbie to this group. Also new to my Suzuki.
Looking for tire recommendations for my 98 Sidekick 1.8L 4 door 4x4. Currently has 225/75R 16, stock steel rims. We drive 15 miles on pavement then 20 miles on washboard dirt roads up the mountains to our Elk camp. From there it’s gets rough. Miles and miles of rocky steep trails sometimes going over large rocks, downed timber, mud holes and sometimes snow.
A friend with a side by side said I need heavy sidewalls?
What are your thoughts and suggestions on tires?
